Creamy Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

• 1 graham cracker crust
• 2 pkg cream cheese softened 8 oz each
• 2 eggs
• 34 c sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 12 tsp grated lemon peel

Directions

1. Beat cream cheese
2. Add eggs sugar vanilla and lemon peel Blend until fluffy
3. Pour this into unbaked crust
4. Bake until firm 25 to 30 minutes at 350
5. This is better after chilling for at least 8 hours
6. Top with strawberries its great
