Creamy Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz carton sour cream
- 12 c evaporated milk
- 12 c chicken broth
- 1 box Club or Escort crackers
- 1 stick butter
Directions
- Cook and chop chicken breasts
- Reserve 12 cup of broth Crush crackers and mix with butter
- Put 12 cracker mixture in bottom of casserole dish
- Mix all liquid ingredients with chicken and layer over crackers
- Top with remaining crackers
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
