Creamy Chicken Paprikash
Ingredients
- 2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 12 lb
- 14 c vegetable oil
- 1 large yellow onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium size green pepper seeded and chopped into 14-inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp Hungarian paprika available in specialty stores or use regular paprika
- 14 tsp cayenne pepper
- 12 c chicken stock homemade or prepared
- 1 c low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- chopped parsley
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 c hot cooked noodles
