Creamy Chocolate PieMakes 2 Pies

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 3 c milk Pet or Carnation
• 6 eggs separated
• 4 Tbsp flour
• 2 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 Tbsp butter or oleo

Directions

1. In a heavy saucepan combine flour cocoa sugar beaten egg yolks and milk
2. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens
3. Add vanilla and butter
4. Pour into two baked pie shells and use egg whites for meringue
