Creamy Coconut Pie

Ingredients

• 1 large pkg vanilla instant pudding
• 1 large container Cool Whip
• 1 c flaked coconut
• 2 baked pie shells

Directions

1. Mix pudding using directions on package
2. Add container of Cool Whip and 1 cup coconut
3. Mix together and pour into baked pie shells
4. Place some flaked coconut into a baking pan and let brown
5. Top pie with Cool Whip and sprinkle browned coconut on top
6. Keep refrigerated
