Creamy Coconut Pie
Ingredients
- 1 large pkg vanilla instant pudding
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 c flaked coconut
- 2 baked pie shells
Directions
- Mix pudding using directions on package
- Add container of Cool Whip and 1 cup coconut
- Mix together and pour into baked pie shells
- Place some flaked coconut into a baking pan and let brown
- Top pie with Cool Whip and sprinkle browned coconut on top
- Keep refrigerated
