Creamy Coleslaw
Ingredients
- 1 small green cabbage cut into 1-inch pieces
- 12 green pepper cut up
- 12 c mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 14 c dairy sour cream
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp dry mustard
- dash of pepper
Directions
- Fill blender container to top-cup marking with vegetables Add cold water just to cover vegetables
- Cover container follow manufacturers instructions or run just long enough to chop vegetables about 3 to 4 seconds
- Pour mixture into strainer drain thoroughly
- Repeat with remaining vegetables
