Creamy Corn Chowder

Ingredients

• 4 oz bacon diced
• 1 green pepper chopped
• 2 12 c chicken broth
• 1 15 oz can creamed corn
• 1 tsp paprika
• salt to taste
• 1 c onion
• 2 Tbsp bacon dripping
• 2 c potatoes diced
• 1 tsp paprika
• 12 tsp pepper
• 2 c milk or condensed milk

Directions

1. Brown bacon in Dutch oven and drain reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings
2. Saute onion and green pepper in drippings until soft Add chicken broth and diced potatoes
3. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are cooked
4. Add creamed corn seasonings bacon and milk
5. Heat through
