Creamy Herbed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pork chops
- 1 tsp butter
- 13 c chopped carrots
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 2 tsp flour
- 12 tsp basil or thyme
- 12 tsp beef bouillon granules
- 23 c milk
- 2 Tbsp water
Directions
- In skillet cook chops in butter over medium heat for 5 minutes
- Turn and add carrots
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until no pink remains
- Remove chops and reserve drippings
