Creamy Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients

• 1 c mayonnaise
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
• 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil
• 1 tsp salt
• 14 tsp freshly ground black pepper
• 1 12 c spiral pasta cooked rinsed with cold water and drained
• 1 c quartered cherry tomatoes
• 12 c coarsely chopped green pepper
• 12 c slivered pitted ripe olives

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine mayonnaise vinegar garlic basil salt and pepper
2. Stir in pasta cherry tomatoes green pepper and olives
3. Cover and chill
4. Then enjoy
