Creamy Lime Salad

Ingredients

• 1 6 oz pkg lime jello
• 1 can evaporated milk or 2 5 34 oz
• 2 8 oz crushed pineapple and juice
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 2 c cream-style cottage cheese
• 1 c broken nut meats
• 1 c celery finely chopped
• 1 c mayonnaise
• 1 12 c boiling water

Directions

1. Dissolve jello in boiling water
2. Cool slightly then add milk
3. Chill until thick but not set
4. Stir in remaining ingredients
5. Refrigerate
6. Serves 16
