Creamy Mushroom Topper

Ingredients

• 14 c chopped onion
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 12 c light cream
• 1 3 oz can broiled sliced mushrooms drained
• 12 tsp salt
• 14 tsp pepper
• sour cream

Directions

1. Cook the onion in the butter until just tender Stir in the flour Add the cream mushrooms salt and pepper Add the sour cream and heat through
2. Makes about 1 12 cups
3. Good with chicken
