Creamy Onion And Potato Soup
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter or oleo
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 c chopped onions
- 1 large clove garlic minced
- 1 14 12 oz can chicken broth
- 4 potatoes peeled and cubed
- 18 tsp salt
- 1 can cream or milk small can
Directions
- Melt butter in Dutch oven over low heat Add flour stirring until smoothy Cook 1 minute stirring constantly
- Add onion and garlic
- Cook 1 minute
- Gradually add the chicken broth stirring constantly Add potatoes and salt
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes Add milk and heat
