Creamy Onion Dressing

Ingredients

• 12 c plain low-fat yogurt
• 1 Tbsp minced onion
• 14 tsp salt
• 12 c part skim Ricotta cheese
• 14 tsp Italian seasoning
• dash of pepper

Directions

1. In blender container combine yogurt and cheese
2. Process until smooth scraping down sides of container as necessary Transfer to a small bowl Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to a jar with tight fitting cover
3. Refrigerate until ready to serve
4. Just before serving stir well
5. Makes 4 servings
