Creamy Pasta With Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fettuccine uncooked eggless variety
  • 12 c evaporated skim milk
  • 13 c fat-free mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 Egg Beaters beaten 12 c
  • 2 8 oz cans sliced mushrooms drained
  • 12 c fat-free Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare fettuccine as directed on package
  2. Drain and set aside Gradually add skim milk to fat-free mayonnaise and garlic in small saucepan
  3. Heat thoroughly stirring occasionally
  4. Remove from heat blend in Egg Beaters
  5. Toss with fettuccine and mushrooms until well coated
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and mix well
