Creamy Pea Salad
Ingredients
- 2 16 oz pkg frozen peas thawed
- 12 c diced cheddar cheese
- 12 c diced mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 c mayonnaise or salad dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 bacon strips cooked and crumbled
Directions
- In a bowl combine the peas cheeses onion mayonnaise salt and pepper mix well
- Refrigerate until serving
- Sprinkle with bacon
- Makes 6 to 8 servings
