Creamy Peach Pudding

Ingredients
- 1 c diced fresh peaches or drained canned peaches
- 12 c creamed cottage cheese
- 12 c low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Arrange fruit in the bottom of a shallow 1-quart serving dish Place remaining ingredients in an electric blender
- Cover and blend at medium speed 10 seconds or until smooth and creamy
- Pour sauce over fruit and stir gently to mix
- Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight
- Makes 4 servings
