Creamy Peanut Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 12 c graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 c salted peanuts chopped
  • 14 c butter or margarine melted
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp chocolate syrup or grated chocolate
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese softened
  • 12 c peanut butter
  • 12 c sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 16 oz carton Cool Whip

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine cracker crumbs and peanuts
  2. Stir in 14 cup butter and 2 tablespoons peanut butter mix well
  3. Set aside 12 cup for topping
  4. Press the remaining crumb mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan
  5. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes Meanwhile in a mixing bowl beat cream cheese and 12 cup peanut butter until smooth
  6. Beat in sugar and vanilla
  7. Fold in Cool Whip spoon over crust
  8. Drizzle with chocolate sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture
  9. Cover and freeze for up to 3 months Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving
