Creamy Peas And Potatoes

Ingredients

• 8 small red potatoes 1-inch
• 2 c fresh or frozen shelled green peas
• 2 Tbsp water
• 1 Tbsp olive oil
• 1 Tbsp onion
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 tsp dill weed
• 12 tsp salt optional
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 12 c evaporated skim milk

Directions

1. Prick potatoes and microwave on High 100 power for 10 minutes or until fork-tender set aside
2. In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl combine the peas and water
3. Microwave on High for 6 minutes or until peas are tender set aside
