Creamy Peas And Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 small red potatoes 1-inch
- 2 c fresh or frozen shelled green peas
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp onion
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 12 tsp salt optional
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 12 c evaporated skim milk
Directions
- Prick potatoes and microwave on High 100 power for 10 minutes or until fork-tender set aside
- In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl combine the peas and water
- Microwave on High for 6 minutes or until peas are tender set aside
