Creamy Pimento Cheese Spread

Ingredients

• 2 12 c sharp cheddar cheese shredded
• 1 12 oz cottage cheese
• 14 c mayonnaise or salad dressing
• 18 tsp white pepper
• 4 drops hot sauce
• 1 4 oz jar diced pimento do not drain

Directions

1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl
2. Add first five ingredients
3. Process until smooth
4. Add pimento
5. Pulse 4 or 5 times
