Creamy Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

• 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained
• 1 3 oz pkg lemon or orange gelatin
• 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
• 1 c chopped celery
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 1 3 oz can pimento chopped
• 1 c mayonnaise

Directions

1. Measure juice drained from pineapple
2. Add water to make 2 cups
3. Heat liquid to boiling and dissolve gelatin in it
4. Add other ingredients and stir well
5. Spoon into a 10-cup mold or pan and chill in refrigerator
6. Serves 10 or 12
