Creamy Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
- 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon or orange gelatin
- 2 3 oz pkg cream cheese softened
- 1 c chopped celery
- 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 3 oz can pimento chopped
- 1 c mayonnaise
Directions
- Measure juice drained from pineapple
- Add water to make 2 cups
- Heat liquid to boiling and dissolve gelatin in it
- Add other ingredients and stir well
- Spoon into a 10-cup mold or pan and chill in refrigerator
- Serves 10 or 12
