Creamy Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 jar spicy mustard
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 small onion
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1 can Pet milk
Directions
- Cover pork chops with mustard
- Melt butter and fry chops until brown and mustard starts to fall off
- Saute onion in reserve butter
- Add flour and stir until thin and brown
- Pour in milk
- Stir until thick add water if necessary
- Add chops and simmer for 1 hour
