Creamy Potato Bake
Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 8 oz sour cream
- 6n slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 3 small green onions chopped
- 1 c 4 oz Cheddar cheese shredded
Directions
- Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes until tender
- Drain and mash
- Spread potatoes evenly in a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish
- Top with sour cream Sprinkle with bacon and green onions
- Top with cheese
- Bake at 300 for 30 minutes
- Yields 6 servings
