Creamy Potato Bake

Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 8 oz sour cream
  • 6n slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 3 small green onions chopped
  • 1 c 4 oz Cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 to 20 minutes until tender
  2. Drain and mash
  3. Spread potatoes evenly in a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish
  4. Top with sour cream Sprinkle with bacon and green onions
  5. Top with cheese
  6. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes
  7. Yields 6 servings
