Creamy Potato Bake

Ingredients

• packaged instant mashed potatoes enough for 6 servings
• 1 4 oz carton whipped cream cheese
• 1 beaten egg
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped green onion
• 1 Tbsp finely snipped parsley
• 1 Tbsp butter or margarine
• paprika

Directions

1. Prepare potatoes using package directions omitting butter Add cheese beat well
2. Stir in egg onion and parsley blend well
3. Turn into well-greased 1-quart baking dish
4. Dot with butter
5. Dash with paprika
6. Bake in 400 oven for 30 minutes Serves 6
