Creamy Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 to 7 potatoes
- 2 c heavy cream
Directions
- Clean and boil potatoes whole with skins leave firm 15 minutes
- Peel potatoes while still hot
- Put in plastic bag Seal and refrigerate overnight
- Butter casserole grate potatoes Put grated potatoes in buttered casserole with salt and pepper to taste
- Pour 1 34 cups heavy cream into casserole
- Bake 1 hour at 350 uncovered
