Creamy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 6 to 7 potatoes
• 2 c heavy cream

Directions

1. Clean and boil potatoes whole with skins leave firm 15 minutes
2. Peel potatoes while still hot
3. Put in plastic bag Seal and refrigerate overnight
4. Butter casserole grate potatoes Put grated potatoes in buttered casserole with salt and pepper to taste
5. Pour 1 34 cups heavy cream into casserole
6. Bake 1 hour at 350 uncovered
