Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 6 bacon slices cooked
- 1 c chopped onions
- 2 c cubed potatoes
- 2 cans undiluted condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 soup cans milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp snipped parsley
Directions
- In large saucepan cook onions in3
- tablespoons oil until tender
- Add potatoes cover with water
- Cook covered 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender
- Blend in soup milk and salt
- Heat but do not boil
- Serve garnished with bacon and parsley
- Makes 4 servings
