Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
• 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
• 1 12 tsp salt
• 14 tsp celery salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 3 12 c milk
• 1 13 c instant mashed potatoes dry

Directions

1. Heat first 6 ingredients until milk is scalding
2. Stir in potatoes
3. Cook until smooth stirring constantly
