Creamy Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 6 bacon slices cooked
• 1 c chopped onions
• 2 c cubed potatoes
• 2 cans undiluted condensed cream of chicken soup
• 2 soup cans milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp snipped parsley

Directions

1. In large saucepan cook onions in3
2. tablespoons oil until tender
3. Add potatoes cover with water
4. Cook covered 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender
5. Blend in soup milk and salt
6. Heat but do not boil
7. Serve garnished with bacon and parsley
8. Makes 4 servings
