Creamy Potato SticksYield 6 Servings

Ingredients

• 14 cup all purpose flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 12 cups milk
• 1 can 10-34 oz condensed cream of celery soup undiluted
• 12 lb process American cheese cubed
• 5 to 6 large baking potatoes peeled
• 1 cup chopped onion
• Paprika

Directions

1. In saucepan combine flour and salt gradually whisk in milk until smooth
2. Bring to a boil cook and stir for 2 minutes Remove from the heat whisk in soup and cheese until smooth set aside
3. Cut potatoes into 4 x 12 x 12-inch sticks
4. Place in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish
5. Sprinkle with onion
6. Top with cheese sauce
7. Bake uncovered at 350 for 55 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender
8. Sprinkle with paprika
