Creamy Raspberry Ring
Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 14 c cold water
- 8 oz pkg softened cream cheese
- 12 c powdered sugar
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 c milk
- 1 c whipped cream
Directions
- Combine gelatin and water and cook over medium heat until dissolved
- Beat cream cheese sugar and vanilla until smooth Add milk and softened gelatin beat until mixed
- Refrigerate until slightly thickened about 15 minutes
- Stir in cream cheese mixture until smooth fold in whipped cream
- Pour into ungreased mold
