Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 14 c rice
• 1 14 c sugar
• 6 c milk
• 2 c water
• 2 eggs
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 2 c milk

Directions

1. Combine rice sugar 6 cups milk and water
2. Bring to a boil Cook 1 hour covered over low heat stirring occasionally
3. Mix together the eggs vanilla and 2 cups milk
4. Add to the heated rice mixture and heat an additional 10 minutes
