Creamy Rice Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 qt milk
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 12 c uncooked rice
- 12 c sugar
- raisins if desired
Directions
- Place rice and milk in heavy saucepan
- Bring to a slight boil
- Cover over low heat
- After 1 hour add sugar and vanilla Raisins may be added if desired last 15 minutes of cooking Stir often cook until thick
- Careful may scorch easily
