Creamy White Chili

Ingredients

• 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 12 tsp garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 small peppers chopped
• 2 cans Great Northern beans drained
• 1 can chicken broth
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 12 tsp pepper
• 14 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 c sour cream

Directions

1. In a large saucepan saut chicken onion peppers and garlic powder in oil until chicken is no longer pink Add beans broth and seasonings Bring to a boil then simmer uncovered for 30 minutes Remove from heat and stir in sour cream
