Ingredients

• 1 c whipping cream
• 1 Tbsp buttermilk

Directions

1. Combine cream and buttermilk in jar with tight fitting lid and shake briskly one minute
2. Let stand at room temperature until thick at least 8 hours
3. Shake again and refrigerate
