Creole Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 3 Tbsp catsup
- 3 to 4 Tbsp mustard
- 1 c cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Melt butter in skillet
- Add onions and saute
- Add ground beef and brown
- Drain well if needed
- Add remaining ingredients Stir well
- Turn heat to low and simmer covered for 30 minutes Serve over toasted bread or hamburger buns
- Great served with a green salad
