Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 thick pork chops
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 13 c ketchup
  • 12 c water
  • 14 tsp ginger optional
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 12 tsp celery seed optional
  • 3 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp flour

Directions

  1. Salt and pepper chops brown well in skillet then put in baking dish
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 12 hours or until tender
  3. Turn chops after an hour
  4. Have a barbecued taste
