Creole Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 thick pork chops
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 13 c ketchup
- 12 c water
- 14 tsp ginger optional
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp celery seed optional
- 3 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp flour
Directions
- Salt and pepper chops brown well in skillet then put in baking dish
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops Bake uncovered at 325 for 1 12 hours or until tender
- Turn chops after an hour
- Have a barbecued taste
