CrepesFrench Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 12 c all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 c milk
- 2 eggs
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
Directions
- Measure flour sugar baking powder and salt into bowl
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Beat with rotary beater until smooth For each crepe lightly butter 8-inch skillet heat over medium heat until butter is bubbly
- Pour scant 14 cupful batter into skillet
- Immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom
- Cook until light brown turn and brown other side
- May spread applesauce strawberries jelly or other spread and roll up and sprinkle with sugar
