CrepesFrench Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 12 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 2 c milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 tsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter

Directions

  1. Measure flour sugar baking powder and salt into bowl
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients
  3. Beat with rotary beater until smooth For each crepe lightly butter 8-inch skillet heat over medium heat until butter is bubbly
  4. Pour scant 14 cupful batter into skillet
  5. Immediately rotate pan until batter covers bottom
  6. Cook until light brown turn and brown other side
  7. May spread applesauce strawberries jelly or other spread and roll up and sprinkle with sugar
