Crescent Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 3 lb lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp onion
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp catsup
- 1 can crescent rolls
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except dough and press mixture into a loaf pan
- Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 1 12 hours
- Cool in pan for 5 minutes
- Drain off fat and invert meat loaf onto a cookie sheet
- Separate roll of dough into 4 rectangles
- Overlap slightly on a pastry cloth or floured board to form a large rectangle
- Roll out to 10 x 5 inches
- Drape over meat
- Trim excess
- Bake in 325 oven for 15 to 20 minutes
- Yields 6 to 8 servings
