Crescent Cheese Danish

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg crescent rolls
  • 2 8 oz cream cheese
  • 34 c sugar
  • 2 eggs 1 separated
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan
  2. Lay out 1 package of rolls in bottom of pan
  3. Pinch seams together
  4. Mix cream cheese 1 egg and 1 yolk sugar and vanilla
  5. Mix well
  6. Spoon over rolls
  7. Take other package of rolls and spread on top
  8. I lay rolls out on waxed paper first so I can push out to right size
  9. Brush slightly whipped egg white on top
  10. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of sugar Bake at 350 for 35 minutes
  11. Chill
  12. Great for breakfast or as dessert
