Crisco Pastry For Double Crust

Ingredients
- 2 c sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 34 c Crisco shortening
- 3 to 4 Tbsp cold water
Directions
- Combine flour and salt in a mixing bowl
- Cut Crisco with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is fairly coarse Sprinkle with water
- When it forms a firm ball pull into 2 parts and roll out on a floured board
- Roll into a circle
- Makes 2 9-inch pie crusts
