Crisp Marshmallow Bars

Ingredients

• 14 c butter
• 1 10 oz pkg marshmallows
• 4 c miniature marshmallows
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 6 12 c Malt-O-Meal crispy rice cereal

Directions

1. In a 2-quart saucepan melt butter and marshmallows over low heat stirring occasionally until marshmallows are melted
2. Remove from heat blend in vanilla
3. In a large bowl add mixture to cereal
4. Stir to coat
5. Spread into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan Cool completely
6. Cut into bars
