Crisp Tea Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 c margarine
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 3 c flour
  • 1 12 tsp lemon flavoring

Directions

  1. Mix flour cream of tartar salt and soda
  2. Cut in shortening Beat eggs with sugar and lemon flavoring add to flour mixture Roll out cut with cookie cutter
  3. Bake in a 375 oven for about 8 minutes
