Crispy Baked Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 2 to 3 lb fryer cut up
- 1 c skim milk
- 1 c crushed cornflakes
- seasoned salt
Directions
- Remove all skin from chicken and rinse and dry pieces thoroughly
- Add seasoned salt to chicken to taste
- Dip in milk and roll in cornflakes crumbs let stand briefly so coating will adhere
- Place chicken in an oiled baking pan
- Line with foil for easy clean up
- Do not crowd pieces should not touch
- Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until done
- Crumbs will form a crispy skin
