Crispy Caramel Corn

Ingredients
- 7 qt popped corn
- 1 c peanuts
- 2 c brown sugar
- 1 c margarine
- 12 c white corn syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 tsp soda
Directions
- Measure into saucepan brown sugar margarine corn syrup and salt
- Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and soda
- Pour over popped corn and peanuts then mix well
- Spread it onto two large pans
- Bake at 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
