Crispy Caramel Corn

Ingredients

  • 7 qt popped corn
  • 1 c peanuts
  • 2 c brown sugar
  • 1 c margarine
  • 12 c white corn syrup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 12 tsp soda

Directions

  1. Measure into saucepan brown sugar margarine corn syrup and salt
  2. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and soda
  4. Pour over popped corn and peanuts then mix well
  5. Spread it onto two large pans
  6. Bake at 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes
