Crispy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 c cooked chicken 4 single breasts
- 1 10 12 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 34 c mayonnaise
- 1 c diced celery
- 1 c cooked rice cooked in chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated onion
- 1 3 12 oz can sliced mushrooms drained
- 12 c sliced almonds or water chestnuts
- 1 c corn flakes crushed
- 3 Tbsp butter diced
Directions
- Mix first 9 ingredients together in a greased 2-quart casserole
- Sprinkle cornflakes and butter on top
