Crispy Chocolate Log

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz pkg large marshmallows
  • 14 c butter or margarine
  • 14 c peanut butter
  • 5 12 c crisp rice cereal
  • 1 13 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 34 c butterscotch chips

Directions

  1. Line a 15 x 10 x 2-inch jelly roll pan with waxed paper grease the paper and set aside
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl combine marshmallows butter and peanut butter
  3. Cover and microwave on High for 2 minutes stir until well blended
  4. Stir in cereal until well coated
  5. Spread into prepared pan
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl combine chocolate and butterscotch chips Microwave uncovered on High for 2 minutes
  7. Stir spread over cereal to within 1-inch of edges
  8. Roll up jelly roll style starting with a short side peeling away waxed paper while rolling
  9. Place seam side down on a serving plate
  10. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set
  11. Cut into 1-inch slices
  12. Makes 10 servings
