Crispy Coated Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 pouch dry onion soup mix with chicken broth
- 23 c dry bread crumbs
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites
- 2 Tbsp water
- 6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp margarine melted optional
Directions
- Crush soup mix in pouch
- Combine soup mix bread crumbs and pepper
- Beat together egg and water
- Dip chicken into egg and then crumb mixture
- Arrange breasts on baking sheet
- Drizzle with margarine
- Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink
