Crispy Cocoa Bars
Ingredients
- 14 c butter
- 14 c cocoa
- 6 c 10 12 oz miniature marshmallows
- 5 c Rice Krispies
Directions
- Butter 9 x 13-inch pan
- In a large saucepan over low heat melt butter stir in cocoa and marshmallows
- Cook over low heat stirring constantly until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth and well blended
- Continue cooking and stirring for one minute
- Remove from heat add cereal and stir until well coated Press into buttered pan with a buttered spatula and let cool and then cut into 24 squares
