Crispy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c flour
• 1 c sugar
• 1 c butter
• 1 tsp soda
• dash of salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 c quick cooking oatmeal

Directions

1. Cream sugar and butter
2. Add flour soda salt and vanilla Mix well
3. Add oatmeal
4. Shape 1 teaspoon of mixture into a ball Press or flatten lightly on ungreased cookie sheet
5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350
