Crispy Oven Chips

Ingredients
- 12 c oleo
- 6 medium size potatoes
- 1 tsp onion salt or onion powder
- dash of pepper
- dash of chili powder
Directions
- Melt 12 cup oleo in large shallow baking pan
- Pare potatoes and slice crosswise into 14-inch slices
- Coat both sides of potato with oleo in baking pan and place 1 layer deep
- Sprinkle with onion salt pepper and chili powder
- Bake at 425 until browned about 25 minutes
- The potatoes can be cut into wedges instead of crosswise
