Crispy Oven Fish

Ingredients
- 2 12 c finely crushed potato chips
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 14 c lemon juice from concentrate
- 1 lb fish fillets
- 12 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 12 c mayonnaise or salad dressing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Combine chips cheese and parsley
- In small bowl combine mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Dip fish in remaining 2 tablespoons of lemon juice then mayonnaise mixture then chip mixture
- Arrange in greased baking dish Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with fork
- Refrigerate leftovers Makes 4 servings
