Crispy Oven Fried Chicken
Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves or 2 12 - 3 pounds chicken pieces with skin removed
- 13 c flour
- 2 egg whites lightly beaten
- 1 c cornflake crumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Lightly spray cookie sheet with nonstick spray
- Roll chicken pieces in flour to evenly cover all sides
- Dip chicken in egg white and roll in cornflake crumbs Place on prepared cookie sheet
- Bake 20 - 30 minutes for boneless breast halves or 45 - 55 minutes for chicken pieces
