Crispy Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients
- 3 lb frying chicken cut in pieces
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp milk
- 34 c cornflakes crushed
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine cornflakes salt pepper and cheese set aside
- Wash and pat dry chicken pieces
- Combine beaten egg and milk
- Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and roll in cornflakes mixture Place in well-greased baking dish can use Pam spray skin side up
- Bake for 1 hour at 350
- Do not cover or turn chicken while baking
