Crispy Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lb new potatoes
- 12 c sliced almonds toasted
- 12 c sliced green onion
- 14 c 12 stick butter or margarine melted
- 12 c shredded Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
Directions
- In medium-sized saucepan cover potatoes with water
- Place over high heat
- Bring to boil reduce heat and simmer until tender about 15 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350
- Slice potatoes and layer in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish
- Sprinkle with almonds and green onions
- Drizzle with butter or margarine and sprinkle with cheese
- Bake 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly browned
- Serves 4 to 6
