Crock-Pot Apple Butter

Ingredients
- 8 c diced apples
- 4 c sugar
- 12 c candy hearts or 12 tsp oil of cinnamon
- 13 c vinegar
- dash of cloves
Directions
- Start cooking on high Turn to low and simmer 24 hours
- If too juicy uncover last two hours of cooking time
- Your house will smell delightful
- Yields 2 to 3 pints
